A: We only do 100% human hair.

3.How to distinguish the human hair or synthetic hair?
A: You can cut a lock from our hair and burn it, When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.

5.How to Measure hair length?
A: If the curl texture, the correct measure way is measure after the hair is completely straightened. 


6.Delivery way and ship time
A: Usually we use FedEx and DHL ship your order, it will take about 4-6 business days to USA/ Europe, and 7-10 business days to Africa countries.

7.Do you customized package with my logo?
A: Yes, we support free design logo for you. If you have your own logo, we can do tag/ wrap/ silk bag/ Boxes/ Tube with your logo.


8.Does your hair can be wash and how to take care it?
A: Yes, our hairs are 100% virgin human hair, so it can be wash. Just need treat just like your own hair.
1).Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It can keep the hair soft and shiny. Also can use some coconut oil to take care the hair.
2).Use warm water to wash it, this is important. Too hot or cold water will damage the hair.
3).Do not Rubbing the hair when wash it, be gentle when wash it.
4).Air dry, not use hair dryer, high temperature will damage hair.

9.How many pieces hair extension for one head?
A: Normally 3pcs enough for a full head.
If the long length like 26’’ or 28’’, 4pcs will be more fuller.

10.How long does your hair last?
A: The last time will depending on how to maintain it. 
If 100% virgin human hair with good take care, it can last 1-2 years.

11.What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Cause we are a manufacturer and we have large stock, so we support 1pcs as a try order.

12.Is your order cut from one donor?
A: Yes, our hair cut from one young donor, its healthy and good quality.

13.Does your hair can be bleached and dyed?
A: Yes, our hair 100% virgin human hair and unprocessed, so our hair can be bleached and dyed.

14.Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: Your Hair Extensions tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

15.Can they be straightened, curled ?
A: Yes you can use hair straightener or hair curler to style the hair. However, don't do it too frequently, the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

16. Do you accept sample order
A: Yes, we have sample hair bundle for you to test our hair quality before bulk order.

A: We support return the hair, just need make sure the hair not use and can be resell.
